Service Area:

• We proudly specialize in the Olympic Village area, from Cambie to Main and Prior to 5th Ave. If you are outside of these boundaries, please contact us and we can review if we are a good fit (additional fees may apply)!

Are you bonded & insured?

• Yes. Coverage is provided by ProFur. 

Are you Pet First Aide Trained?

• Yes, we are Pet First Aid Certified by Walks 'N' Wags.

Methods of Payment:

• Payment can be made via eTransfer, or by credit card with a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy / Change in Travel Plans:

• With enough notice, we can accommodate most changes. Just let us know as soon as you can.
• All cancellations requests must be made by email with 48 hours notice.
